Les dire brevemente. Pucallpa es muy caluroso que Tarapoto. Las personas en Pucallpa no son educadas como las personas de Tarapoto. Si me preguntan si hay shishacos por aca. Estos si son los mismos que alla. Pero la gente netamente selvatica y lleno de cultura son las personas de la ciudad de Tarapoto.

Les animare a todos los tarapotinos a que mantenga en su tradición los valores de la familia, del trabajo, la honestidad y mucha visión de futuro como hasta ahora los tarapotinos vienen logrando.

Quiero tener exito basado en las acciones correctas. Aprender a controlar mis males personales sometiendolo a Dios. Por que nuestra naturaleza es caida. Cuando llegues a San Martín, encontraras personas naturales de la región como a muchos otros que se han mudado a vivir permanentemente. Aprende las buenas costumbres de los residentes más antiguos. Preguntar a los lugareños directamente de los lugares de compra, clubes, escuelas e instituciones civiles y religiosas, te ayudara mucho y te ahorrara molestias de perderte o desorientarte. No asumas que estos lugareños van a leer tu mente y te van ayudar telepáticamente. Muéstrate comunicativo, amigable y respetuoso en todo momento. Haciendo esto con ellos, veras los frutos a largo plazo.

Si en caso te sientes abrumado de tu nueva vida. Busca con quien hablar si tienes algún problema de “ajuste” a tu nuevo ambiente. Aprende a discernir las razones de tus problemas sin culpar a los demás. Algunos sienten nostalgia de la familia y amigos que dejaron, salen a “divertirse” gastando todo y despilfarran su dinero en lo que no sacia. Luego no tienen para continuar su vida. Es mejor y más saludable abstenerse de actuar como imbecil que ostentarlo en las fiestas y bares. Si tienes un temperamento fuerte e impaciente, hablar es el remedio. Conversando con alguien de las cosas que te molesta antes de agredir o etiquetar a alguien te curaras. Muchas veces nos cuesta sacar lo que tenemos dentro y empezamos a juzgar a los demás lo que realmente no nos gusta ver dentro de uno. Hacer participe a alguien de las cosas que apreciamos de nuestra nueva vida también es bueno.

Antes de Venir

Insiste de modo que su personal se preocupe a mejorar no solo su enseñanza sino también sus servicios. Uno de ellos podría ser asistencia en encontrar un alojamiento Pensión o quizás seria el recojo del Terminal terrestre o aéreo u otros servicios que puedas necesitar en los primeros días.

Con respecto al alojamiento, esto puede ser temporalmente arreglado en un hotel o entre los familiares y amigos las primeras semanas. Luego ya te podrías mudarte permanentemente a una casa, habitación o pensión de tu gusto tan pronto te encuentres orientado y te familiarizas con la ciudad donde piensas residir.

Si el caso es venir a San Martín para trabajar. Lo primero que tienes que hacer antes de llegar es asegurarte con el puesto de trabajo que te han ofrecido y que este no haya sido tomado. Busca una vacante disponible en cualquier rama que creas conveniente antes de arribar, cuando lo encuentres, disfrútalo ya que esa será tu mina de oro y te ayudara a generar ingresos para empezar tu nueva vida. Recuerda que hoy en día todo trabajo que te da para la comida y pagar el alojamiento no debe ser rechazado. Si planeas empezar de cero, como independiente, tienes que tomar riesgos de empezar, consolidarte y crecer. Trabaja con honestidad, tenacidad y perseverancia. ¡Haciendo esto lograras tu Sueños!

Finalmente, si tú planeas venir a San Martín para invertir en cualquier rubro, ten en cuenta de crear puestos de trabajo con todo los beneficios y siempre emplea al menos el 60% del personal local. No cometas el error de contratar a gente foránea, aduciendo que los locales son incompetentes. San Martín tiene en su regazo a muchos profesionales. No minimices a los locales. A un peor de regatear el salario justo que les corresponda. Los residentes de San Martín conocen bien su hábitat y se merecen las mismas oportunidades que el costeño. Si crees que el San Martinense no es competente mejor no vengas. Si no eres capaz de pagar lo justo y capacitar a los locales para ocupar el puesto, mejor es que te regreses con todo tu dinero por donde haz venido. Pero si tú y tus socios apuestan por invertir en la Región de San Martín entonces haz esas tres cosas: Emplea al residente local, paga salarios justos y capacita.

Otra cosa, asegúrate de sacar copias de todos tus documentos que tú consideras importantes. Coloca las copias en diferentes lugares donde fácilmente puede ser encontrada en caso de emergencia. Guarda las originales en tu bolsa de mano y cuídala todo el tiempo. Deja un juego de los documentos fotocopiados con alguien en casa.

Posted by HelloTarapoto is a beautiful town located between the valleys of the Cumbaza and Shilcayo rivers, in the province of San Martin, Department of that name. Its climate is warm and dry in summer and wet in the rainy season, with a temperature that runs between 28 and 34°C. Tarapoto plays a vital part in communications between villages: it is the hub of road and air networks that weave between the north Sierra and Coast, and eastern Peru.

Known as the City of Palms, Tarapotohas a busy, modern airport, with the principal airlines making daily arrivals, as well as smaller planes that come from distant villages. River access is by the Huallaga river and its tributaries.

A local legend tells of the birth of this mysterious town. On the arrival of the Spaniards, the native Cumbazas established in the Tarapoto valley were exterminated by the invaders. Two children, a girl and a boy, survived the massacre. The god Apu (benefactor of the region) took pity on them and changed the boy into a bull and the girl into a butterfly. However, they were so sad they could not stop crying. The tears of the bull were transformed into the Shilcayo river. The butterfly had a worse fate: on being shot down by harquebus, she was changed into Lake Suchiche, which eventually dried up.

The department of San Martin, in the Higher Jungle of northeastern Peru, is a colorful corner of the country, with unusual scenery and enormous contrasts, offering the visitor adventure without limit in exuberant forests, mythical lagoons, fantastic waterfalls and rolling rivers.

The history of the department of San Martin provides evidence of man's struggle against a rugged geography. Hundreds of years ago, the people of this region built unique citadels, such as the Gran Pajatén (Great Pajatén), in the Rio Abiseo National Park, an architectural monument considered to be the greatest and the boldest in architectural design in all Peru.

Founded September 14, 1906, the department of San Martin has Tarapoto as its tourist and trade center. The city lies between the valleys of the Cumbaza and Shilcayo rivers and is the converging point for all land and air systems in the three regions, sierra, coast and jungle, in this part of Peru.

Tarapoto, founded in 1782 by Baltazar Martínez Jiménez de Compañón, is surrounded by fascinating tourist attractions. The resort of Cumbaza; the petroglyphs and archeological remains of Polish, with plant and animal motifs; the falls of Ahuashiyacu and Venecia lagoon, are but a few of its magic spots.

The "Ciudad de las Palmeras" (the City of Palm Trees), Tarapoto is the starting point for all circuits leading to Moyobamba. Capital of the department, in the Valley of the Alto Mayo or "Valle de las Orquideas" (Valley of Orchids), in the province of Lamas, Mayobamba is a town that has preserved immemorial traditions. The nearby Laguna Azul ("Blue Lagoon") and Lago Lindo ("Beautiful Lake") have surfaces as peaceful as mirrors, and are exceptionally beautiful.

Due to its strategic location, and its economic and tourist development, Tarapoto is also the entry point for excursions to the citadel of Kuelap, in the department of Amazonas; a huge fortress of stone, 584 meters long and 110 meters wide, built on the summit of a mountain.
